The house is beautiful, new, and exactly as pictured. It has a modern design and is conveniently located near restaurants and a 7-Eleven within easy walking distance. Grab taxis are readily available, and Jungceylon shopping mall is only 1 km away. A friendly caretaker will even turn on the air conditioning for you upon arrival.

"Good sized villa. 5 of us travelled. Decent location a bit off the main road so away from passing traffic and noise. Villa is one of many in the development. 10-15min walk to Bangla. Staff/caretaker is responsive and quick to resolve any questions issues. Easy checking and checkout process without fuss."

Sehr große Räume perfekt für große Gruppen, Küchenausstattung zum kochen, großer Esstisch, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Personal, wen Probleme auftreten oder Dinge defekt sind wie beispielsweise das Licht wird das am nächsten Tag behoben.

Very comfortable house, suitable for a group of people to get around.The moment I opened the room door, I thought it was the right one. It was very complete. Everything was lost in the room. It was very safe!It was full of food and 711 next to it, very reluctant to leave!Looking forward to our next trip!

The host was amazing and friendly. Very responsive when we sent inquiries. The place was clean and looked as pictured.

Before I got there communication was excellent which made the check-in really easy. I was surprised how modern it was and clean a lot of places I've stayed the pictures were old this was great i loved it. I think the location was the location the best part 2 second walk to the beach and a short walk for lots of different restaurants both foreign and Thai and markets too, there's lots to do in that area, normally I stay in Pattaya, which is too noisy not as relaxing as here.

The Pool Villa is amazing, peaceful and nice for single story. Clean and furniture is in good condition. The villa is close to Jomtien beach just 1 min away. Good value for money. Will come back again.

This villa is very peaceful and private. It's a 2-3 minute walk to Jomtien Beach, practically beachfront. There are tons of diverse food options nearby, including a night market with a wide variety of delicious and reasonably priced food. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended.

Private swimming pool by the villa was perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time together as a family. The villa also featured an incredible movie room that quickly became everyone's favorite spot in the evenings.
The location was excellent, and the hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always available to help if needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
This villa exceeded our expectations in every way and made our family holiday in Pattaya truly memorable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, private, and relaxing getaway.

Лестница опасная для детей. Но есть две спальни внизу и это не проблема
